❗ Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase a product and notify us immediately, we will do our best to process a 100% refund—provided the product hasn’t been accessed or downloaded.

🔄 Duplicate Purchases & Overcharges

If you were charged twice or bought the same item more than once, you’re eligible for a full refund. You can request this at any time, even after 6 months of the original purchase.

⛔ Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be granted after files have been downloaded, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
